Shipping Charges: Do to the various products offered, methods of shipment, and your location, shipping costs will be calculated separately and will be included in your order acknowledgement.
Payment Terms: We accept United States Currency in the form of Visa, Master Card, American Express, Personal Checks, and Money Orders. I f paying by credit card, your account will be charged at time of order. All orders shipped to an Illinois address will be subject to Sales Tax. Your order acknowledgement will reflect your total payment.
Guarantee: Crown Gym Mats Guarantees all products are free from defects and faulty workmanship for a period of one year on reconditioned and covered mats and three years on new coated mats. This guarantee does not extend to equipment improperly installed or improperly used. Instructions must be followed for curing and care of coated mats or the warranty is void.

Acceptance Of Merchandise: All shipments must be inspected for damage at the time of receiving your order. The customer must note any damage or shortage on the Bill of Lading or Delivery Receipt before signing for the order. Crown Gym Mats is not responsible for damage or loss in transit.
Shipping Policy: Crown Gym Mats will do everything possible to meet anticipated acknowledged shipping dates, but cannot guarantee delivery or production schedules. Crown Gym Mats will not assume any additional costs required to expedite delivery such as Air Freight or special handling. Standard products typically ship within 2-4 weeks, custom products typically ship within 4-8 weeks, from order acceptance. Wrestling mats are considered custom products.
Cancellation Policy: Crown Gym Mats will only accept cancellation of orders within 72 hours from the order date. Shipped orders are not cancelable.
Return Policy: All items are made to order and generally non-refundable. Any returned item(s) must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and must be in a new, saleable condition. Return shipping charges must be prepaid by the buyer. A service charge of 20% of the product price ($10 minimum) must be included with all returns to cover handling and inspection of product's) returned. Custom made products are not returnable. No Return Authorizations will be issued after 5 days of receipt of merchandise.

Security Policy: With respect for our Customer's privacy, Crown Gym Mats does not sell or distribute any customer information. Credit Card transactions are processed through a Secure Server hosted by Freemerchant.com.

In the coarse of physical activity there is always the risk of injury and even death may occur. Mats and protective padding are instruments designed to reduce that risk. However, the real key to providing a safe physical education environment is to use thoughtful preventive measures. We feel that the best preventive measures one can take is a combination of common sense, qualified instruction, close supervision, and judicial use of the mats and protective padding.
